Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The Role

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that transform associate work and customer interactions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, large language model inference, and more.
• Leverage a broad stack of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies.
• Invent and introduce state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve performance of large-scale production AI systems.
• Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields with at least 4 years of AI/ML development experience, or a Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• At least 4 years of programming experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
• Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience designing, developing, delivering, and supporting AI services.
• Passion for staying abreast of the latest AI research and applying novel techniques in production.
