Job Summary (Server Systems Engineer) Dublin, CA

Architect, engineer, and implement Windows Server 2025 solutions.
Design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
Architect and deploy Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) solutions.
Administer and engineer Microsoft SCVMM environments.
Implement and maintain Windows clustering and high-availability solutions.
Develop server standards tailored to application and workload requirements.
Deploy and manage HPE ProLiant Rack and Blade Systems throughout their lifecycle.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot HPE iLO systems.
Administer HPE OneView, including Server Profiles, networking, and storage.
Conduct infrastructure assessments and create technical documentation.
Provide knowledge transfer and best practices guidance to client staff.
Prepare daily status reports outlining accomplishments, next steps, and blockers/issues.
Work onsite (Monday & Friday) and remotely (Tuesday-Thursday) as required.
Gather technical and business requirements from client teams.
Maintain professional communication and business casual attire.
Ensure effective collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking throughout project tasks.
