We seek a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to help develop and deploy production-ready systems, taking ownership of projects across the full ML lifecycle.

- Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite Weekly)

We seek a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to help develop and deploy production-ready systems, taking ownership of projects across the full ML lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy ML and computer vision models for production
- Develop solutions for object detection, image classification, tracking, anomaly detection, etc.
- Conduct experimentation to improve model performance and accuracy
- Optimize models for scalability, reliability, and real-time inference
- Build and maintain pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and customers
- Troubleshoot and improve ML systems in production
- Stay current on emerging ML and CV technologies
- 2+ years professional experience in ML, computer vision, or related fields
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, YOLO, scikit-learn, or similar
- Experience with computer vision techniques: object detection, segmentation, classification, tracking, image processing
- Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning
- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ML, or related field
- Master's or PhD in a related field
- Experience deploying ML models into production
- Experience with edge computing or real-time systems
- Familiarity with anomaly detection, autoencoders, or traditional CV techniques
- Experience in industrial, robotics, automation, or operational technology environments
