Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director of Marketing & Communications for a rapidly growing consumer products organization. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity based in the greater Los Angeles area.
Position Overview
The Director of Marketing & Communications will lead brand strategy, marketing, communications, customer engagement, and audience growth initiatives. This executive-level role is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, loyalty, and revenue growth while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all consumer touchpoints. This position offers a defined pathway to advancement into a Vice President-level role based on demonstrated performance and organizational impact.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience Proven success leading multi-channel marketing, brand development, and communications initiatives
- Strong experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience within beauty, wellness, consumer products, luxury, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
- Strong e-commerce and customer acquisition experience Executive-level leadership experience preferred
