Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to drive revenue growth and strategic
partnerships across the United States market. This individual will own the full sales cycle for our
Web3, blockchain, and AI service portfolio — from prospecting and pipeline building to closing and
account expansion. This is a senior, quota-carrying role requiring a deep understanding of emerging
technologies and a proven ability to sell complex, high-value technology services to enterprise
buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue
targets in the US market.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in Web3, blockchain, AI/ML, DeFi,
NFT and enterprise software domains.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead
conversion, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Lead consultative sales engagements — understanding client pain points and positioning
Antier's solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Develop and maintain C-level relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and
ecosystem stakeholders.
Collaborate with the pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals,
RFP responses, and solution presentations.
Represent Antier at industry conferences, Web3 summits, AI forums, and networking events
across the USA.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to leadership on a
regular basis.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members as the US practice scales.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Domain Knowledge
8+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or
director-level role.
Demonstrated track record of selling Web3, blockchain, DeFi, or AI/ML solutions to
enterprise or mid-market clients.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology concepts including smart contracts,
tokenomics, layer-1/layer-2 architectures, NFTs, and decentralized protocols.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in enterprise settings — including
LLMs, AI agents, and data automation platforms.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 3–12 months in duration.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed annual quotas of $2M+ in technology services
or SaaS sales.
Work Authorization
Must be a US citizen, permanent resident (Green Card holder), or hold valid work
authorization permitting full-time employment in the United States.
Candidates must be currently residing in the United States.

Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for
non-technical stakeholders.
Strong network within the Web3, crypto, fintech, or enterprise technology ecosystem in the
US.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first global
organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with or selling to financial institutions, fintech companies, or
crypto-native enterprises.
Existing rolodex of C-suite contacts within Web3, AI, or enterprise technology verticals in the
US market.
Exposure to global delivery models and offshore technology service providers.
Background in solution selling, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar enterprise sales
methodologies.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
