Position Title: Sr. Recruiter

Overview

Everyday Coffee Company, a rapidly growing Dunkin’ franchise partner, is building a talent acquisition engine to support continued expansion. The Senior Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for key corporate and restaurant leadership roles, build scalable, tech-enabled hiring processes, and help improve how we attract, assess, and hire talent.

This role is ideal for a curious, tech-savvy recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, partners well with hiring leaders, and is energized by helping a growing organization scale.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting & Sourcing

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for key corporate and restaurant leadership roles, from intake through offer and preboarding
  • Build proactive talent pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, social platforms, and ATS tools
  • Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and fit, while maintaining accurate pipeline data and reporting

Hiring Operations & Candidate Experience

  • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, interview plans, timelines, and hiring decisions
  • Manage job postings, interview coordination, feedback, offers, and preboarding to keep searches moving efficiently
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication and professional representation of the company’s brand and culture
  • Ensure locations are Hire ready for new and seasonal needs and triage sourcing and selection issues

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify and implement improvements to sourcing, scheduling, workflow, and recruiting tools to support scale and consistency
  • Track recruiting metrics and share insights that improve process effectiveness, hiring quality, and stakeholder experience

Qualifications 

Required

  • 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle hiring in a high-growth or high-volume environment
  • Strong ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders with intuitive selection while delivering a strong candidate experience
  • Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting tools, and recruiting metrics
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to see around corners and a willingness to utilize AI tools.

Preferred 

  • Experience recruiting in QSR, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other multi-site environments
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Paradox, iCIMS, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar systems
  • Experience helping build or improve recruiting processes in a scaling organization
