Senior Data Analyst

The Role

• Assess, analyze, develop, and maintain reporting and dashboards for marketing and mid-funnel data.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc reports.
• Identify opportunities for reporting automation and streamlining data processes.
• Analyze lead generation, revenue, expenses, patient volume, and operational efficiency to identify trends and optimization strategies.
• Utilize BI tools to visualize financial and operational data for stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of marketing, conversion, patient engagement, financial, and operational data.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or data analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Proficiency in BI tools, with a strong preference for Power BI or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with Power Query and VBA as a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution, mid-funnel metrics, financial modeling, and forecasting.
