Marketing Analyst

The Role

• Lead the development and activation of performance media strategies to drive digital commerce growth for key consumer health brands.

• Translate business objectives into actionable performance plans across various digital channels, including retail media, eRetail search, social, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns day-to-day, focusing on key metrics like ROAS and CPA.

• Utilize data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities across creative, audience, and media activation.

• Ensure performance marketing efforts complement and enhance national media investments, minimizing redundancy and maximizing overall effectiveness.

• Maintain strict adherence to media buying principles and governance, documenting best practices and establishing scalable operating rhythms.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in performance media, ideally within the consumer goods sector.

• Proven track record of driving brand growth and delivering measurable results through digital media, including social selling platforms.

• Deep understanding of e-commerce technologies, platforms, data, and best practices.

• Proficiency in various digital marketing channels such as retail media, eRetail search, social media, SEO, SEM, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and e-commerce platforms.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
