The AI / LLM Engineer will help lead the development of AI-powered features that may include job matching, applicant scoring, resume analysis, conversational workflows, classification, ranking, summarization, document extraction, recommendations, and internal automation.

This person will work across model selection, prompt design, data pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation methods, and production monitoring. The role requires designing and implementing LLM-powered product features and internal AI workflows, building prompt chains, tool-calling workflows, agentic processes, and structured output pipelines. Developing retrieval-augmented generation systems using embeddings, vector databases, and search strategies. Creating evaluation methods to test AI accuracy, consistency, fairness, hallucination risk, and output quality.

Building systems that classify, rank, score, summarize, or match data based on complex business rules. Integrating with AI APIs, open-source models, and model orchestration frameworks. Collaborating with backend developers for deployment, monitoring model performance, creating fallback logic, and working with product leadership to translate business needs into AI system designs. Documenting architecture, prompts, evaluation criteria, and implementation choices. Staying current with LLM tooling, model capabilities, AI safety practices, and emerging engineering patterns.
