Title: IT Security Analyst
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid 2 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months   
 
Job Description:  

• Provide general technology support.
• Respond to and resolve support tickets.
• Assist with incident and vulnerability documentation and management.
• Perform network monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and security policies.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Work independently with minimal supervision. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in information security support.
• 2+ years of experience in helpdesk/support desk operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Server and Workstation Operating Systems.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 products.
• Experience with incident reporting and support ticketing systems.
• Experience using network and computer security testing tools.
• Experience reading and interpreting security logs and reports.
• Experience working with Tenable and Splunk.
• Associate’s degree or current Information Technology certifications.
