Role Overview
The Inside Sales Support provides critical support to Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Directors by engaging with customers, preparing sales quotations, and assisting with aftermarket support. This role ensures timely, accurate, and competitive sales responses while helping drive overall regional sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Location : Western Region – Home-Based. This position is fully remote, supporting customers and sales teams across the Western region.

Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators
- Prepare and submit customer quotations using Auto Quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) in dealer and rep group trainings.
- Monitor and contribute to the achievement of regional sales quotas.
- Review bid documents, create competitive bid analyses, and provide expert product guidance.
- Maintain CRM records and provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside/outside sales or customer service/inside sales support experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Auto Quotes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret project plans preferred.
- Foodservice industry experience preferred.
- Enthusiastic personality with strong people skills to enhance customer engagement.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to assist multiple ASMs simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on follow-through and completion of tasks

Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this remote position is $[64,000]– $[83,000] annually. This range is a good faith estimate of what Hoshizaki America expects to pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
