Connect Staffingis seeking an experiencedBilingual Onsite Recruiter(English/Spanish) to support high-volume recruiting operations at a client site inLa Mirada, CA. This is atemp-to-hire internal positionsupporting a fast-paced operation specializing in Asian and Hispanic grocery delivery.

Schedule:Monday – Friday, 8-hour days. Start time may vary between 5:00am and 8:00am based on client needs and new hire starts. Occasional Sunday work may be required to support urgent staffing needs.

Pay Range: $23.00 – $26.00 DOE per hour + commission

Requirements For Bilingual Onsite Recruiter

  • Minimum 2 years of recent recruiting experience in an onsite client setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (able to interview and communicate professionally in both)
  • Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Tempworks preferred
  • Experience using ADP time and attendance systems
  • Familiarity with job posting platforms popular with Spanish-speaking communities, including Facebook, El Clasificado, and ZipRecruiter
  • High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or higher preferred
  • Prior experience in roles such as Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, Onsite Staffing Supervisor, Onsite Representative, Staffing Representative, Onsite Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Coordinator is a big plus!

Responsibilities Of The Bilingual Onsite Recruiter

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting through onboarding
  • Build and maintain active rosters of candidates ready for immediate placement
  • Conduct in-person and video interviews in English and Spanish
  • Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms, including community-based Spanish-language channels
  • Perform regular check-ins with client supervisors and client HR teams to confirm satisfaction with placements
  • Proactively identify upcoming staffing needs and adjust recruiting plans accordingly
  • Support timekeeping coordination and basic onboarding processes using ATS and ADP systems
