Company Overview:

A leading international executive search firm with offices in New York, Boston, and London, specializes in advising asset management firms and investors on human capital needs. They are seeking an administrative professional to support their partners and manage various operational tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage partner calendars and schedule meetings with clients and candidates
  • Open and close searches in the database
  • Prepare status reports for client update calls
  • Format resumes and position specifications
  • Coordinate pitch meetings and prepare presentations
  • Author and maintain Master Search Documents
  • Update and maintain search-related documents in Encore
  • Schedule client and candidate meetings, including prep calls
  • Write bios for candidate reports and format assessments
  • Order gifts for successful candidates

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative support and calendar management
  • Proficiency in document formatting and presentation preparation
  • Familiarity with database management and scheduling software

Compensation: Salary: $70,000 – $90,000, Plus Bonus
