Supply Chain Associate
About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for keeping things moving? At Clover Sonoma, we believe that great dairy starts with a great team. As our Supply Chain Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that our products journey seamlessly from our producer partners to our customers’ tables. This isn’t just about spreadsheets and data entry; it’s about being a vital link in a sustainable supply chain that supports local farmers and delivers quality you can taste.
If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love the "puzzle" of resolving discrepancies and balancing records, you’ll find a home here. You will work cross-functionally to ensure every weight, measure, and transaction is accurate, upholding the high standards our community has expected from us for generations.
As a purpose-driven, certified B corporation, Clover is leading the way for conscious businesses by demonstrating care for all stakeholders and moving the world forward. We are committed to lowering our environmental impact and meeting our sustainability targets, by providing kids and adults with healthy, nutritious, and delicious products that are made with care for animals, people, and the planet.
Salary Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour DOE
Your Impact (Responsibilities)
- Operational Backbone: Collect and verify daily receiving paperwork, acting as the primary point of contact for trucking companies to ensure no detail is missed.
- ERP Mastery: Seamlessly input Production Customer Orders and Purchase Orders into our ERP system, keeping our digital records as fresh as our milk.
- Commodity Management: Create and submit purchase orders for vital commodities, proactively tracking inventory levels and replenishment dates to keep production humming.
- Problem Solver: Resolve disputes and discrepancies with speed and precision, ensuring "proof of delivery" transactions are 100% accurate.
- Financial Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with our Finance and Accounting teams to balance weights and components, even assisting with critical Producer Payroll on a bi-monthly basis.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience & Education: A High School diploma/GED and at least 2 years of accounting or administrative experience.
- Technical Savvy: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and a strong desire to work within ERP and manufacturing software. SAP experience is desirable.
- The "Clover" Mindset: You are a team player who values cross-functional collaboration and enjoys building relationships with our Producer partners.
- Precision & Agility: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality with excellent attention to detail, but you’re also flexible enough to adapt when the environment changes.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills that help you resolve issues professionally and clearly.
