Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation, is searching for a motivated, high-energy Recruiter to join our team. This is an entry-to-mid-level role designed for someone eager to grow their career in the specialized world of commercial construction and data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Support: Proactively identify passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific job boards.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a high-touch experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Pipeline Building: Assist in maintaining a steady pipeline for Staff Augmentation and project-based staffing needs.
- ATS Management: Maintain clean and accurate data within our Applicant Tracking System.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to qualify candidates on basic technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Experience: 1–2 years in recruiting, HR coordination, or a fast-paced administrative role.
- Industry Interest: A genuine desire to learn the Construction, Engineering, and Mission Critical sectors.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and the ability to quickly master a new ATS.
- Communication: Highly comfortable on the phone; able to build rapport with field technicians and executives alike.
- Experience in an agency or staffing firm is a major plus.
- Location: Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT).
