- Associate's Degree and three (3) or more years of experience in Human Resources and talent acquisition
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and on boarding processes
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS programs
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with PDS Vista and SmartLinx software and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with social media for recruitment purposes
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Experience working with electronic application programs
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified applicants, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining company recruitment efforts on various job boards, including social media.
- Lead and conduct campus interviews for all associates as assigned across all classifications.
- Manage employment background checks and ensures compliance of required documentation.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters and associate files.
- Run and maintain reports on employment statistics, including turnover, retention, and engagement.
- File papers and documents into appropriate associate files; performs paper and system audits as necessary.
- Assist with new-hire orientations.
- Process new-hire, forms and set-up into system.
- Assist associates in initial benefits enrollment.
- Distribute all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
- Assist in administration of campus tuition and bonus programs.
