**Qualifications**

Qualifications Required

  • Associate's Degree and three (3) or more years of experience in Human Resources and talent acquisition
  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and on boarding processes
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS programs

Qualifications Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience with PDS Vista and SmartLinx software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with social media for recruitment purposes
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • Experience working with electronic application programs

**Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate all recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified applicants, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining company recruitment efforts on various job boards, including social media.
  • Lead and conduct campus interviews for all associates as assigned across all classifications.
  • Manage employment background checks and ensures compliance of required documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain offer letters and associate files.
  • Run and maintain reports on employment statistics, including turnover, retention, and engagement.
  • File papers and documents into appropriate associate files; performs paper and system audits as necessary.
  • Assist with new-hire orientations.
  • Process new-hire, forms and set-up into system.
  • Assist associates in initial benefits enrollment.
  • Distribute all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
  • Assist in administration of campus tuition and bonus programs.
