Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on candidate and client generation. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, rewarding, and growth oriented. You'll:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, nurturing long-term relationships
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, crafting tailored hiring solutions that drive their business forward
- Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent using leading recruitment tools and platforms
- Guide candidates through the hiring process - from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Pitch proposals and negotiate commercial terms with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborate with your team to meet transparent performance goals and unlock career progression

Profile
We're seeking driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced, people-centric environments. Our ideal candidate will bring:
- 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in 360/full desk recruitment sales
- Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals, required
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and job boards)
- A competitive spirit and a track record of exceeding targets
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a coachable mindset
