Marketing Coordinator
North American Rail Solutions company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, trade shows and social media. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing content creation, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, trade shows, and sponsorships within the US and in collaboration with our Canadian Team
- Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking in HubSpot
- Design marketing collateral and digital assets (familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva required)
- Manage and grow social media channels increasing brand awareness
- Assist with HubSpot Marketing Automation, email campaigns, etc.
- Oversee website updates, coordinating copy and image changes. No coding required, but strong attention to detail and project management skills are essential
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content using HubSpot’s social calendar
- Produce and distribute a quarterly internal newsletter for NARS USA
Education Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing for a B2B company
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and Canva
- Strong copy writing, organizational, and project management skills
- Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Tools or CRM Experience is a plus
- Prior experience in event coordination or content marketing
