The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll architect and deliver high-impact features across our web and mobile platforms, directly shaping the product roadmap for a solution already trusted by enterprise clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges in an industry ripe for digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ship end-to-end solutions using React (TypeScript) for frontend and Ruby on Rails for backend systems, ensuring seamless integration between web and mobile apps.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security across PostgreSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Lead code reviews and architectural decisions while managing technical debt in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Partner with product managers and customer success teams to translate non-technical user needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to maintain rapid, reliable deployment cycles.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to on-call rotations for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience with React and/or Ruby on Rails in production environments.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, REST API design, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality B2B SaaS products for non-technical users.
• Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on engineering experience.
• Must be based in the SF Bay Area and comfortable with a hybrid work model (2-3 days in-office).

Bonus Skills

• Experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
• Familiarity with facility management, logistics, or field-service software.
• Background in early-stage startups with <50 employees.
