Job Description:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of RPO recruiters in meeting and exceeding high-volume recruiting goals.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to drive recruiter development and success.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and representing Greene Resources with professionalism.
- Present detailed reports on recruiting performance, hiring funnels, KPIs, and market trends during client meetings.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Assist with day-to-day recruiting activities, including resume reviews, candidate screening, and interviews as needed.
- Support recruiters with difficult-to-fill roles, offering guidance and strategic sourcing assistance.
- Partner with the Greene Resources marketing team to optimize job postings, increase candidate volume, and ensure sourcing campaigns are effective and aligned with hiring needs.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
- Proven experience managing recruiting funnels and presenting KPIs and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environment is preferred.
- Background in client-facing roles or staffing agency settings.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies related to candidate sourcing and recruitment advertising
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing hiring needs.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and data reporting tools.
- Ability to present performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
