What You'll Expect

You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where network stability, security, and performance are critical to daily operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise networking technologies, modern wireless systems, and monitoring tools—within a collaborative IT team that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, access points)
• Perform daily network administration tasks including VLAN changes, port configurations, backups, and firmware updates
• Monitor network performance and respond to alerts to ensure uptime and reliability
• Configure and optimize wireless networks and access points
• Support user connectivity issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Apply routine security practices and follow compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate network documentation and inventories
• Assist with network upgrades, deployments, and configuration changes
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 2–3 years of hands-on network administration experience
• Experience with Unifi/Ubiquiti devices and controller management
• Wireless networking deployment and troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Unifi, PRTG, SolarWinds)
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and subnetting
• Basic knowledge of network security and firewall concepts
• Experience in a casino or gaming environment is a plus
• CCNA, Security+, or similar certifications are a plus
