People Partner, AI and Computing Infrastructure

In this role, you will solve organizational challenges with people-related solutions. You’ll be an integral part of the leadership team. You will also be a thought leader of people and organizational topics who understands every aspect of the business.
You will create the people strategy that will support Googlers in realizing their wildest ambitions. You’ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute the strategy for how we hire, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize Googlers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting tech- and non-tech-level VP leaders at global companies.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning organizational design, talent management, and leadership coaching and development.
- Experience with organization transformations across multiple regions and integrating tenured teams with new capabilities and talent.
- Experience with organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeping, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
- Consult with senior leaders to create a comprehensive people plan that influences lasting change over large functions at Google. Partner with leaders on the define, design, launch, and landing of change initiatives.
- Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
- Provide expertise in talent and performance management, change management, leadership coaching, data analysis and insights, employee relations, and strategic development.
- Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
