What You´ll Do
- Assist the Reliability Manager in daily maintenance operations and delegate tasks for your shift.
- Handle line changeovers, set-ups, fine-tuning, and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Review machine efficiencies, identify malfunctions, and communicate corrective actions.
- Train line personnel and mechanical trainees on equipment use and repair; identify skill gaps.
- Highlight opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with other leaders during shift changes.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing mechanic experience
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical drawing, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly; work in non-climate-controlled environment
