Job Description:

Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights.

Design, build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.

Develop end to end AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and monitoring.

Apply statistical modeling, supervised/unsupervised learning, and advanced analytics techniques.

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define problem statements and succesmetrics.

Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies.9

Communicate findings and recommendations through clear visualizations and presentations.

Stay current with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

2 5+ years of hands on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles.

Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit learn) and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Solid understanding of statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.

Experience with SQL and data manipulation on large datasets.

Knowledge of common ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, NLP, time series, recommendation systems).

Experience deploying models using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms.

Programming: Python, SQL (R is a plus)

ML/AI: Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Model Evaluation

Data: Data Wrangling, Feature Engineering, ETL

Tools: Git, Jupyter, MLflow, Docker

Visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI/Tableau (optional)
