Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, efficient, and testable code for assigned projects
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement solutions
• Assist in testing, evaluating, and integrating new technologies
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members
• Follow security standards and best practices in all development work
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and supporting application components
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and reporting
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL (Oracle), and related technologies
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial lending or related loan lifecycle areas
• Ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
• Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams
• Familiarity with JIRA, GitLab, and cloud architecture
• Deep knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, and related frameworks
