About The Role
This position entails assisting Paid Search Account Managers with the day-to-day responsibilities of managing Google Ads accounts, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) accounts, and Microsoft advertising accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone new to digital marketing or paid search to gain hands-on experience, learn the fundamentals of managing paid search campaigns, and grow into a full account manager role. You’ll work closely with our Paid Search Account Managers and creative teams to help build, manage, and monitor ad campaigns — all while learning the best practices, tools, and strategies that drive real performance for our automotive dealership clients.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing
- Familiarity with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads - Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising) preferred, but not required
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured checklists and processes
- Basic understanding of key paid media concepts like targeting, bidding, and performance metrics
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Provide day-to-day support to Paid Search Account Managers to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet performance goals
- Track progress and manage assignments through our project management platform
- Perform campaign maintenance tasks using internal checklists (e.g., reviewing settings, geo-targeting, audiences, and ad extensions)
- Update budgets, upload and edit graphics, and edit ad copy across active campaigns
- Assist in building and launching campaigns within Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Write compelling and conversion-driven ad copy aligned with campaign objectives
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure creative assets are delivered on schedule
- Track progress and manage assignments through our project management platform
- Is eager to start or grow their career in paid search and digital marketing
- Loves details, follows process, and asks questions when they’re unsure
- Enjoys working on multiple projects and staying organized
- Is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a collaborative team setting
- Has a growth mindset and is excited to learn how paid media drives real business results
- During your first 90 days, you’ll go through structured onboarding and training to build a strong foundation in paid search — while gaining real-world experience and gradually growing into campaign ownership.
- Complete professional training in Google Ads and Google Analytics, earning certifications and learning key concepts through a combination of online coursework and hands-on guidance from our team
- Gain practical experience managing budgets, campaigns, bid strategies, and ad copy within real client accounts — supported every step of the way by our Paid Search team
- Learn how our internal teams collaborate, how projects flow across departments, and how Paid Search connects with client goals and overall marketing strategy
- Become familiar with OEM brand standards, co-op guidelines, and advertising compliance requirements, all of which are essential for success in automotive marketing
- Begin working directly with Account Managers to understand client expectations and how to support strategy execution through effective paid media campaigns

- Your final compensation will be determined by your experience level and skillset
- Compensation is reviewed every 6 months
