Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Bitcoin Mining

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: Salary up to $200/250k + performance incentives + equity participation

I'm looking to recruit a Chief Financial Officer with expertise in the Crypto Mining space and expertise in financial modelling for new projects. You'll take full ownership of financial strategy and operations, ensuring long-term profitability and stability in a volatile yet rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long- term financial roadmap, optimising profitability and capital efficiency
• Lead capital-raising efforts, engage with investors, and manage stakeholder relations.
• Navigate market volatility, energy cost fluctuations, and regulatory challenges with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with operational teams to maximize efficiency in energy procurement and mining profitability.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to support rapid company growth.
• Identify strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• CFO or Senior Financial Executive Experience in cryptocurrency, energy, or high-growth technology sectors.
• Deep Understanding of Bitcoin Mining & Blockchain
• Proven Expertise in Fundraising
