Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Implements and manages CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) for ML workflows, including automated model training, testing, and deployment containerization with Docker, serverless Functions and/or Kubernetes to enhance scalability. Develops ML workflows on Azure (e.g., Databricks).
• Designs & Codes ML/AI data versioning, feature stores, and model lifecycle management to ensure streamlined processes and reliability. Manage versions, monitor performance, and enable rollbacks through CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
• Prototypes & develops workflows that leverage existing AI, ML, & GenAI frameworks & models to solve business problems.
• Design and develop machine learning models, AI & GenAI Agents, and ML algorithms to solve business problems. Experiment with new features and modeling techniques to develop more accurate or useful AI / ML Models.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Typically requires 5 - 7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience. 4 year degree and/or advanced degree required.
• Requires 2 years of experience with designing and developing in Azure, Databricks, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GenAI (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
• Works independently; receives minimal guidance
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
• Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
• Contributes to process improvements
• Typically resolves problems using existing solutions
• Provides informal guidance to junior staff

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$84,500.00 - $137,060.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
