EHS - Enviornmental, Health, & Safety Specialist for Manufacturing Plant

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support our Cullman manufacturing facility. This role will coordinate all aspects of environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining ISO certifications, and fostering a strong safety culture across plant operations.

• ce.Manage regulatory reporting, including hazardous waste (RCRA), Tier II, Form R, AEERS, and air emission estimat
• es.Support process changes in collaboration with engineering and production teams, integrating EHS considerations into daily operatio
• ns.Maintain contractor safety programs, safety data sheet database, and facility evacuation pla
• ns.Coordinate EHS training, including employee orientation, hazardous materials handling, and annual certificatio
• ns.Serve as primary contact with EHS vendors, ensuring cost-effective and compliant servic

.Qualificat

• ions:Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, or related field, OR a minimum of 3 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environ
• ment.Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state environmental regulations applicable to plant operat
• ions.Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 stand
