- Engage and interview pre-qualified, top-tier talent
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring leaders
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding
Role Details
- Shift: Days, Full Time (40 hours per week)
- Status: Temporary Assignment, estimated 6-9 months
- Work Style: Hybrid – primarily remote with occasional onsite needs in Metropolitan Detroit
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience required.
- High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with corporate recruiting preferred.
- Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate).
