Our Network Services team manages the full spectrum of network infrastructure supporting Ticketmaster’s global data centers, contact centers, and Client VPN services. THE JOB
We’re hiring a Network Engineer to join our Network Services team. In this role, you’ll work with experienced engineers to support Ticketmaster’s global data center network environments, including platforms built on ASA and FortiGate firewalls and VXLAN/EVPN architectures.
You’ll help monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues, as well as implement configuration changes that support evolving business needs. You’ll work across a variety of platforms and environments to keep our network stable, secure, and performing well.
You’ll contribute to strengthening and improving the network by supporting project rollouts, platform updates, and day-to-day operational tasks. Collaboration is key in this role, and you’ll partner with peers across infrastructure, security, and application teams to help deliver high availability and secure connectivity.
We operate within an Agile framework and are continually modernizing our infrastructure. This role is a great fit for someone with solid networking experience who enjoys problem-solving, wants to grow their skills in complex, global environments, and is committed to high-quality operational work.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assist with network changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance in accordance with change management policies.
- Monitor network performance and availability, responding to alerts and resolving issues promptly.
- Support incident response efforts by participating in troubleshooting and resolution during outages.
- Maintain accurate documentation for configurations and processes to aid troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to support deployments and ensure reliable connectivity.
- Participate in hardware lifecycle activities such as replacements and upgrades.
- Provide input for audits by supplying configuration details and assisting with remediation tasks.
- 4 years of experience in network engineering or related field.
- Capability to use AI to streamline troubleshooting, filling in knowledge gaps, and scripting assistance
- Familiarity with routing and switching concepts (OSPF, BGP).
- Experience with firewall administration (FortiGate or Cisco ASA).
- Understanding of common networking protocols and high availability concepts.
- Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools.
- CCNA or equivalent experience is preferred; CCNP is a plus.
- Automation tools (Python, Ansible)
