Multimedia Specialist to bring your visual storytelling and multimedia

expertise to our team. This role is key in helping us communicate our

brand through impactful design, engaging videos, and dynamic digital

content that connects with our customers and communities. Key

Responsibilities Design engaging visual content for print, digital, and

interactive media. Produce and edit multimedia content, including

videos, animations, and podcasts for promotional and educational use.

Manage social media and multimedia content strategy, including blog

creation and trend monitoring. Develop scripts and storyboards in

collaboration with internal teams. Organize and maintain digital asset

libraries to ensure brand consistency. Track and analyze multimedia

performance metrics to improve engagement. Ensure all multimedia formats

meet accessibility and compliance standards. Collaborate with internal

subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with

brand standards. Provide exceptional internal and external customer

service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia,

Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficient

with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere

Pro, After Effects, Audition). Skilled in video and audio editing,

animation, and podcast production. Experience managing social media and

content strategy. Knowledge of website content management systems and

digital asset management tools. Strong organizational and multitasking

skills with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
