Position

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Enablement Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions and intelligent systems. This role blends analytical rigor with engineering expertise to build scalable ML models with internal data and extract actionable insights from complex datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for business applications.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data science.


Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of experience
  • BS in Computer Science with specialization Data Science or Master’s in Data Science
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and algorithm design
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data pipeline tools


Skills

  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning
  • Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment practices
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment


Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
