What You'll Do
Manage a high-volume caregiver recruiting pipeline
Source, screen, and interview candidates quickly and professionally
Build weekly recruiting strategies and adjust based on results
Maintain high engagement with applicants through text, phone, and email
Prepare candidates for orientation, hiring, and onboarding
Keep organized documentation and ensure compliance
Collaborate with operations to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Interact confidently with caregivers, clients, and internal staff

Qualifications
Recruiting, customer service, scheduling, sales, or operations experience
Experience in home care or healthcare a plus, but not required
Strong communication and people skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Tech/computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Teams; WellSky a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
$25-$30/hr depending on experience
