Video Editor Assistant

Rose Commercial Real Estate, L.L.C. is seeking a dynamic and talented individual for the role of Video Editor Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation, editing, and production of video content for various marketing materials, publications, and digital platforms. This role is integral to the marketing team and requires collaboration with team members to develop sophisticated and engaging real estate video materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the video editor in creating, editing and producing compelling video content.
• Conduct video editing processes including video and audio editing, color grading, and making necessary revisions to ensure high-quality results.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to use video content for marketing strategies and promotional efforts.
• Assists in managing the company's multimedia library, ensuring each video is properly archived and easily accessible.
• Ensure all final videos are published in the correct format suitable for platform use, maintaining the overall brand image of the corporation.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media, Advertising, Design or related fields is desired but not required.
• Excellent proficiency in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and similar industry-standard software.
• Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across assignments, based on short and long-term needs.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.
• Skills in visual storytelling, design, and sound editing are highly desirable.
• Must have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of real estate industry will be advantageous.
