As an AI Developer, you will create AI-powered applications and integrate machine learning models into software systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models that support business operations (Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, Sales etc.)
• Develop AI applications using AI models (Gemini/Gemma, LLaMA, etc.)
• Integrate AI models into web or mobile platforms
• Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability and accuracy
• Maintain and improve existing AI systems and tools
• Collaborate with team members to design solutions and prioritize tasks
• Skills & Tools:
  • Programming languages: Python, Java, R
  • ML libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • Strong grasp of statistics, linear algebra, and data structures
  • Familiarity with APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Engineering) required or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience required; 5+ years’ experience preferred
• Experience with vector databases
• A background in NLP, deep learning or AI research
• Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute
• Experience in software development and machine learning
• Experience building AI systems for internal stakeholders and external customers
• A strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
