Compensation: $120,000

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead design development from schematic concepts through construction administration
Produce detailed, code-compliant construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout all phases
Attend and participate in client meetings and on-site reviews
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and phase transitions
Review and mentor work from junior staff and interns
Ensure drawings meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards

What You’ll Need to be Considered

Professional Architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Active architectural license
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods
Ability to lead client meetings and site visits (highly preferred)
Knowledge of ADA regulations, sustainability considerations, and local zoning/building codes (highly preferred)
Ability to collaboratively manage project schedules and budgets (highly preferred)
