AI/ML Engineer

Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Full-Stack AI/ML Engineer to join a highly technical Machine Learning team. This role will focus on building and deploying AI/ML tools to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and manage large-scale systems in a secure, on-prem environment. This position is five days a week on-site in downtown Boston.

What You’ll Do

• Develop on-prem NLP/ML solutions to triage, summarize, and route high-volume communications.
• Build intelligent agents for email replies, escalations, and Slack/tasking integrations.
• Create dashboards, APIs, and web portals to make ML outputs accessible to non-technical users.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and GPU/CPU infrastructure.
• Act as the bridge between ML, IT, and software teams.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in ML engineering or applied NLP.
• Strong Python and ML toolkit expertise (PyTorch, spaCy, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Backend development skills (FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs).
• Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions, etc.) and on-prem infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
