Summary Of This Role
Auris is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of corporate roles across multiple departments. However, this role will primarily support our Marketing, Product, and Technology hiring needs. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing professionals who align with our company’s values and goals.

Summary Of This Role
Auris is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of corporate roles across multiple departments. However, this role will primarily support our Marketing, Product, and Technology hiring needs. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing professionals who align with our company’s values and goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding for corporate roles at all levels.
- Partner with department leaders to understand business goals and hiring needs, developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Source top talent proactively through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and job boards.
- Assess candidates for performance potential and cultural fit based on Auris’s Core Values.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with timely and transparent communication.
- Use recruiting data and metrics to provide insights and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure alignment on offers and onboarding.
- Mentor recruiters and contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or professional roles.
- Proven success hiring for diverse corporate positions.
- Strong understanding of organizational structures and role requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with ATS systems (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Data-driven mindset and coaching/mentoring experience
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Experience in startup or hyper-growth tech environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Job Complexity - Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
