We are looking for experienced Corporate / Technical Recruiters & HR Generalists who understand both sides of hiring: recruiting top talent and building strong internal people practices.
In this role, you will:
- Run full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (for NextMatch AI and, where applicable, for key partners).
- Use our AI tools and ATS workflows to source, screen, and move candidates efficiently.
- Help design and refine job descriptions, scorecards, and interview processes.
- Support HR generalist work, such as onboarding, basic policy development, culture initiatives, and employee support.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, candidate experience, and building HR foundations in a growing startup.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our internal talent network.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screens, and coordinate interview stages.
- Use NextMatch AI’s platform to improve matching rules, filters, and candidate shortlists.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience from first contact to offer.
- Manage offers, reference checks, and pre-employment steps.
- Support HR activities: onboarding, documenting processes, basic employee relations, maintaining HR records, and supporting compliance.
- Share feedback with product and engineering on recruiter workflows and feature needs.
- 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Proven experience recruiting for both technical (engineering, product, data) and corporate roles (operations, sales, marketing, support).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing methods.
- Comfortable using ATS/HRIS systems and HR tools; interest in AI-driven hiring solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open roles at once.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or HR tech/recruitment agency.
- Exposure to global hiring (US, Canada, UK, EU, GCC, or remote teams).
- Familiarity with API-based or data-driven HR products.
