Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate insights leveraging the scientific method, specializing in model science, feature science, and insight science capabilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve chatbot understanding, response accuracy, and user engagement

• Analyze large volumes of chatbot interaction data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into practical solutions and product enhancements

• Continuously evaluate and refine models to ensure robustness, scalability, and alignment with business goals

• Supervise and guide junior team members, provide training in technical tools and business applications, and contribute to team objectives

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent work experience

• 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in the securities or financial services industry

• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models, preferably in NLP and chatbot domains

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages

• Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization tools
