Project Manager – Renewable Energy EPC (Site-Based, Pryor, OK)

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma (site-based, rotational schedule)

Travel: Up to 100%

About the Role

Conductor Power is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility-scale renewable energy projects from start to finish. In this site-based role, you’ll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget by overseeing planning, execution, and close-out activities. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards — all while helping drive the transition to a cleaner energy future.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources
• Supervise daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with design specs and safety standards
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, superintendents, contractors, and support staff
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues in collaboration with contractors and subcontractor
• Oversee budgets, implement cost-saving measures, and optimize resources for maximum efficiency
• Enforce quality control standards through regular inspections and project reviews
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships
• Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, permits, and reporting for stakeholders
• Capture lessons learned and share best practices to strengthen project delivery across the company

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the renewable energy or construction sector
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations; solar experience is a plus
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100% of the time
