How will you make an impact?

• The Training Manager role will be responsible for all aspects of training at our Manufacturing site. This includes managing a team of trainers, scheduling classes, developing new curriculum, monitoring progress, reporting on key metrics, and working with management to implement continuous improvement projects.
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.
  
  

How will you make an impact?

• Supervise and coach a team of trainers.
• Schedule and deliver training sessions.
• Develop new curriculum and assessment tools.
• Monitor progress and report on key metrics.
• Work with management to implement continuous improvement projects.
• Provide support to employees during times of change or transition.
• Facilitate team meetings and discussions.
• Create and maintain training records.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  
  

How will you get there?

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English language skills essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a trainer or instructor required.
