Your New Role

We’re looking for someone who loves sales and the challenge of building on an established structure. As our Contract Staffing Lead, you’ll run the temporary staffing division, executing on both the strategy and the day-to-day work. That means sourcing and matching candidates, negotiating rates, and consulting with clients on their hiring needs. You’ll be the person making this part of the business thrive, so if you’re comfortable setting ambitious goals and doing what it takes to hit them, this is your space. If you’ve thrived in corporate sales, you’ll recognize the pace, but here, you’ll have the freedom to shape how things get done.
