Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Nonprofit Recruiter on behalf of our incredible nonprofit partner! This part-time position can be performed remotely (with strong preference for someone who is local to San Francisco Bay Area).

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is excited to make an immediate impact by sourcing, screening, and placing top nonprofit talent across multiple roles and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple departments
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices
  • Execute creative and strategic sourcing to attract a wide range of nonprofit talent
  • Screen candidates, facilitate interviews, and manage communications throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate scheduling, offers, and onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Proven success in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience recruiting within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations preferred
  • Skilled at sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across multiple simultaneous openings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Compensation And Benefits

This role offers a hourly pay rate of $32–$36/hr, dependent on experience.
