What you’ll do:

The Sales Director leads the regional Sales activities and is responsible for generating profitable growth within the L&L by strategically directing the development and sales of our current niche products and expanding into new niches, based on validated qualitative and quantitative targets. This person plans, organizes, manages, coordinates, and controls all sales activities to achieve business plan targets.

A key focus of this role is to develop and lead a high-performing team of sales hunters who can identify, pursue, and grow new business opportunities while deepening relationships with existing customers. The Sales Director will also be responsible for defining and implementing a growth plan for each OEM account, aligning with long-term strategic goals and ensuring accountability for measurable outcomes.




Duties / Responsibilities of this position:

  • Lead and ensure that business activities are carried out in accordance with the Vision, Values, and Shareholder Guiding Expectations of the company and applicable laws.
  • Lead and ensure business activities align with L&L’s Vision, Values, and Shareholder Guiding Expectations.
  • Manage regional automotive sales operations to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of hunters focused on expanding customer accounts and capturing new business.
  • Establish and execute a growth plan for each OEM account with clear goals and measurable results.
  • Provide mentoring, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
  • Define and implement long-term customer strategies aligned with the 2030 Vision and market trends.
  • Communicate and drive new product needs to R&D and P&D teams to support customer requirements and L&L’s long-term growth plans.
  • Collaborate globally to optimize resources, align strategies, and ensure manufacturing sustainability.
  • Foster a culture of communication, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the sales organization and monitor progress regularly.
  • Establish product value propositions and rationalize offerings to ensure sustainable profitability.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in sales
  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel internationally.
