As a Vice President, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting strategic workforce initiatives. As an Area Vice President HRIS, you will be part of the Human Resources / HR Technology department supporting the integration of advanced HR systems. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Area Vice President HRIS - Business Systems Integration

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $100hr

Duration: 6mo Contract

Candidates: US Citizens or Green Card Holders

What's the Job?

  • Develop and lead the strategic roadmap for HR systems and related integrations across the enterprise.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR technologies including HCM, payroll, ATS, LMS, and talent platforms.
  • Establish governance frameworks for data integrity, privacy, and compliance with global regulations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR technology trends and innovations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve system interoperability and user experience.


What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR systems integration or HRIS roles.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide HR technology initiatives.
  • Expertise in HR and Payroll processes and platforms such as Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
