Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, and configure switches, and resolve any complex problems.
• Validate firmware updates for functionality and troubleshoot any errors or failures
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Drive enhancements through full life cycle from concept to final implementation and support.
• Provide configuration recommendations and assistance in deployment
• Recreate reported issues in lab with customers configuration
• Work with QA and develop engineering teams to investigate and resolve issues and hardware defects
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working experience in the networking industry.
• Must have experience in Junos OS and/or Cisco IOS
• Experience with ONIE
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• BS in a computer related field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent knowledge and experience troubleshooting protocols
• Demonstrate ability to acquire strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
