Summary

The Chief of Staff to the CEO is the strategic right hand to the Chief Executive Officer and a force multiplier across the entire organization. This role exists to increase the CEO’s capacity, sharpen organizational focus, and ensure that the company executes consistently against its strategic priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and who understands both the business and technical dimensions of fintech, AI, tokenization, and decentralized data infrastructure.

What you’ll do

Direct Support to the CEO

  • Serve as the CEO’s primary strategic and operational partner, ensuring priorities are clear and executed.
  • Manage the CEO’s workflow, agenda, commitments, and time allocation to optimize impact.
  • Prepare the CEO for meetings, presentations, executive sessions, board updates, and external events.
  • Act as a communication filter—distilling complex issues into concise, actionable summaries.
  • Represent the CEO in internal meetings, cross-functional projects, and ecosystem partner discussions.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Lead and maintain the company’s strategic planning rhythm, including quarterly and annual cycles.
  • Ensure initiatives across product, engineering, consulting, partnerships, and investor relations remain aligned with top-level objectives.
  • Track and report on KPIs, strategic milestones, and high-priority initiatives for the CEO.
  • Identify operational gaps and work with executive leaders to close them quickly.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Consulting, and Marketing to move priority projects forward.
  • Facilitate alignment across Inveniam and its ecosystem companies and subsidiaries.
  • Manage special projects and strategic initiatives directly on behalf of the CEO.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the CEO and the rest of the organization.

Operational Excellence

  • Build and refine internal processes that improve decision-making, accountability, and execution.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership offsites, and cross-company planning sessions.
  • Oversee preparation of materials for board meetings, investor updates, and major external events.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure commitments are completed across the leadership team.

Communication & Narrative Development

  • Draft CEO-level communications: memos, presentations, strategic narratives, investor briefs, and ecosystem updates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and PR to support public messaging when appropriate.
  • Serve as a trusted editorial partner who maintains clarity, precision, and alignment with the CEO’s voice.

Experience:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, venture building, capital markets, or a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain/tokenization, digital market infrastructure, AI agents, data governance, or related technologies (or demonstrated interest in the subjects and willingness to learn quickly).
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior executives and influence without authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management discipline with a bias for clarity and execution.
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker with the ability to simplify complex problems.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to operate discreetly with sensitive information.
  • Comfortable alternating between strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
