AI Engineer (San Francisco)

Our client, a San Francisco-based ecommerce startup led by the founder of multiple highly-successful Bay Area technology companies, is seeking an AI Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. They are seeking an engineer to own key learning systems that directly impact the user experience and revenue. The role will involve developing and deploying ML models for product personalization and recommendations.

Term: Full Time

Location: San Francisco (onsite, commutable by train)

Compensation: $180,000 $220,000 base salary, full benefits and Equity

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data science roles
• Strong background in ML algorithms, modeling, and deployment practices
• Experience with Python, and ML tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, or scikit-learn
• Experience with recommendation systems, pricing algorithms, or ranking models is preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
